Returns and Refund Policy (Updated)

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are processed exclusively under the following circumstances:

 

Eligible Conditions for Refund or Return

 

We will gladly process a return or provide a full refund if your received package meets any of the conditions below:

  1. Damaged or Broken Package: The outer packaging or product bottle is broken upon arrival.

  2. Product Leakage: The product is visibly leaking upon opening.

  3. Allergic Reaction: You experience an adverse allergic reaction directly attributed to the use of the product. (Note: For allergic reactions, please discontinue use immediately and be prepared to provide a brief description of the reaction).

How to Request a Return or Refund

If your item meets one of the conditions listed above, please follow these steps immediately:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing us at cadelineparfum@gmail.com.

  2. Provide Documentation: Attach clear photographs or videos of the broken/leaking item or the evidence of the damage/reaction.

  3. Confirmation: Once we confirm the eligibility of your request, we will initiate a full refund or send a replacement product to you, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Non-Eligible Returns and Exchanges

 

Please note that we maintain a strict policy due to the personal nature of our products. Returns or refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind about the purchase or are dissatisfied with the scent once the product has been used.

  • Late Reporting: Any damage, leakage, or allergic reaction not reported to us within the required 3 days of delivery will be considered non-eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Improper Documentation: Failure to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or reaction will void eligibility for a return.

  • Third-Party Purchases: We cannot process refunds for items purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party vendors.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their orders upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of the eligible issues (broken, leaking, allergic reaction) are present.
